The Ferry Project in Wisbech has significantly benefited the lives of countless homeless individuals throughout the years. It was a pleasure to return and catch up with Alison Crouch and Sarah Triptree who are running the fantastic new cooking school there, and chat more widely with the team including Rebecca Howard, Keith Smith and John Heathorn.
Alison and Sarah deserve huge credit for establishing the new cookery school which is a fantastic facility. It will help those at the Ferry Project to learn to prepare nutritious and budget-friendly meals, and also provides cooking courses for the wider community. It is great to have such a cooking school in Fenland and it already has a number of sold out courses which reflects the highly respected skills Alison and Sarah bring.
