It was a pleasure to return to Burrowmoor Primary School in March to meet the school ambassadors, who gave me an excellent tour of the school.
The visit was an opportunity to chat with pupils and staff, look at the amazing art work on the walls, and to see lessons first hand including the computer coding work the school is undertaking. It also helps identify those issues I can best raise on behalf of local schools when discussing with ministers at Westminster.
Thank you to headteacher Mrs Bailey and the young school ambassadors who represented the school so well.
